The Johnsons’ performance is free and open to the public. It will be followed by an 8 p.m. jam session in which local musicians are invited to participate. Pickers and singers of all ages and experience levels are invited to take part in the jam session that will follow the concert, and the activities also are open to those who want to listen.
The 2013-14 concert/jam series at the Mountain Heritage Center will begin in October.
