• Washable water bottles

• Portable fruits and vegetables.  Some fruits and vegetables like apples and carrots are good for travel and also work well to have with dips and spreads like nut butter and hummus.  Dried fruit like raisins and dates are also a good choice.

• Trail mix

• Granola or meal replacement bars
