Trail release party at Nantahala Brewing

art beerThe 5th Trail Magic Ale release party is set for June 7-8 at Nantahala Brewing Company in Bryson City.

The Honeysuckle French Farmhouse Ale will be tapped at 6 p.m. June 7. The ale release is a complex, spicy honeysuckle saison. Along with the use of local wildflower honey, handpicked Honeysuckle flowers give this Belgian farmhouse ale the adventurous soul of the Great Smoky Mountains. A bottle swap/beer geek party kicks off at 8 p.m. Participants are encouraged to bring home brew, rare bottled beers and your favorite local craft brews to share. Liz and AJ Nance will be playing at 8 p.m. A limited bottle release of the Trail Magic Ale will begin on June 8, with The Freight Hoppers performing at 8 p.m.
