Sale, demos and classes at Green Energy Park

art GEPA holiday sale and demonstrations of glassblowing and blacksmithing will be held from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, at the Jackson County Green Energy Park in Dillsboro.

 

Patrons may watch artists create pieces of art, using renewable landfill gas as fuel for their equipment. The GEP will also be offering its popular “Kids Mosaic Glass” class, with sessions at 1 and 3 p.m. There will be spaces for four kids in each session, on a first-come first-served basis. The cost for the class is $25.
