Helicopter helps with casino construction in a big way
Written by AdminA heavy-lifting helicopter flexed its muscle in Cherokee Wednesday in the ongoing expansion and construction at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino & Hotel.
The Sikorsky helicopter — one of the largest helicopters commercially available — performed 17 lifts to the roof. The units lifted weighed up to 12,000 pounds.
