Western Carolina University’s Department of Intercultural Affairs will offer a free belly dancing workshop from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 17, on the lawn of A.K. Hinds University Center.

The workshop will be led by performer, choreographer and instructor Lisa Zahiya, who earned the title “2008 Tribal Fusion Belly Dancer of the Universe.”
