A local group is sponsoring a showing of the move “Outfoxed: Rupert Murdoch’s War on Jounralism,” at 7 p.m. on April 1 in the Haywood County Library in Waynesville.

This film examines the dangers inherent in a few large media conglomerates controlling access to news and information. For more information see the “Outfoxed” Web site at www.outfoxed.org.

The group sponsored the showing of “Fahrenheit 9/11,” “Going Upriver,” and “Hijacking Catastrophe” during this past election season.
