Those with items they would like to have displayed should contact the guild first to discuss the items, and then deliver any chosen items to the Burrell Building on Main Street in Franklin. Any interesting information about an item, such as who it was made by, the pattern, or its history, should be written on a note card for display along with the item. The quilters guild will be demonstrating various methods of fabric arts during the celebration. Knitters, rugmakers and other crafters who are interested in demonstrating as well are encouraged to contact the guild. For more information call 828.349.0883. |
