Volunteers at Haywood Regional Medical Center Hospital Volunteers will have a “Proud to be an American” display in the lobby of the Medical Center during the month of June. The display honors the men and women of the U.S. military, both past and present, who serve and defend the country. Everyone is invited to participate by reserving a place on the display. The cost to honor an individual is $5 and forms are available at the information desk in the lobby.
The month-long exhibit will conclude with a patriotic celebration at 2 p.m. on June 26 at the hospital entrance.
