A new Haywood County map has been issued by the Haywood County Chamber of Commerce.

The new detailed map highlights and includes town and county offices, libraries, post offices, medical facilities, subdivisions, parks and greenways throughout the county.

“This new map will be useful for the visitor seeking an overlook along the Blue Ridge Parkway, delivery service people, as well as residents needing an up-to-date detailed street map,” said Daphne Carson, visitor center manager for the chamber. “This project was long overdue. The last county map was produced in 2001, and we’ve grown a lot since then.”

Maps can be purchased from the visitor center on Russ Avenue across from K Mart for $5. Call the chamber at 456.3021 for more information.
